Dr. Azam Amjad Chaudhry Addresses Vice Chancellors on Strategic Leadership in Higher Education

As part of the Transformative Leadership and Strategic Management Programme at the Civil Services Academy (CSA) Lahore, Dr. Azam Amjad Chaudhry, Pro-Rector and Dean of the Lahore School of Economics, delivered a keynote lecture to Vice Chancellors of public sector universities across Punjab.

Dr. Chaudhry emphasized that effective academic leadership requires more than administrative skills—it demands a clear strategic vision, a commitment to innovation, and resilient governance structures. He called for long-term institutional planning aligned with national development goals, particularly in research, technology adoption, and workforce skills development, to position universities as engines of sustainable growth.
